Everything you need to install, activate, configure, and master the LIVE Program and the Manager.

Installation

How do I download the program?

Once you have purchased your license, you will have access to download the SelectLive installer. Once downloaded, install it and a shortcut called "SelectLive" will be created on your desktop.

How do I activate my license?

When you open SelectLive, you will see a button that says "Activate / deactivate license". Enter the code we sent you by email there.

Once activated, you will see something in green like: Active license – [days remaining].

From then on, you can use both programs (TV Program and Manager) by clicking on each of them.

How do I configure the program for my live streams?

In the bottom left corner, click the Settings button.

  1. TikTok account: add the account where you do your live streams.
  2. Logo: upload your logo (it will appear at the top of the program).
  3. Auctions: choose the duration of the auction in seconds and the seconds added when someone bids/buys.
  4. Printer: select your printer.
  5. Label size: choose the label size you use.

When finished, click SAVE and restart the program.

Important: when you are connected and LIVE, the indicator will appear in green at the bottom left.

How do I set prices and activate modes?

You have two options:

  1. Use the integrated keyboard in the bottom left of the program.
  2. Use a Stream Deck and configure it (see Stream Deck section in this guide).

How do I activate Tsunami mode and what is it?

Tsunami mode is used to sell multiple units of the same product quickly: you add units, set a price, and the system detects buyers, prints labels instantly, and records sales in the manager.

With the program keyboard:

  1. Click "Tsunami Mode".
  2. Add the desired number of units.
  3. Choose the price: it will activate automatically.

The procedure is the same if you use Stream Deck.

How do I activate Auction mode and what is it?

Auction mode is used to set a starting price and allow customers to bid.

By default, the time is 40 seconds, and each time someone bids, 15 seconds are added (you can change this in Settings).

From the program keyboard:

  1. Click "Activate Auction".
  2. Choose a starting price: it will start automatically.

SelectLive Manager

"Clients" Section

You will see a list of all your clients with their data, outstanding payment amount, last purchase, and whether they have paid or not.

"Sales" Section

You will see all sales from all customers, updated instantly. You can filter, delete a sale, or search for what you need.

"Pending Payments" Section

You will find the data of clients with outstanding payment amounts.

  • Mark Payment: you can mark total payment or partial payment.
  • Send WhatsApp: if you click on the client's box, a message with the total outstanding amount will be sent.

"Create Client" Section

You will need to fill in the following data:

  1. Number: choose the number you want for the client.
  2. TikTok Name: the name you want the program to identify them by.
  3. Full Name: the client's full name.
  4. TikTok Nickname: the TikTok nickname (the one that starts with @) without the @.
  5. Phone: the client's phone number.

Click Save Client and the system will detect them.

"Statistics" Section

You will see sales statistics by day, week, or month. You can filter according to your needs.

"Purchase List" Section

You can filter by case number and you will find:

  • View all of the client's purchases.
  • Copy WhatsApp message to send the list to the client.
  • Print the client's purchase list in PDF.
  • PDF Logo: upload your logo so that the PDF has your brand in the header.

"Payment History" Section

You can filter by client number and see the registered payments (when you mark "paid" in the previous tab).

"Post-Live" Section

Very useful after a LIVE: you will see all the sales generated in that live stream. You can send the list of purchased items at that moment and add your payment method to the message.
